  • Program DataInformation related to your participation, progress, feedback, and completion status in Davis Enterprises programs.

B. For Organizations, Partners, & Institutions

When you submit an organizational intake form or request partnership information, we may collect:

Talent Information

If you apply for an opportunity or are matched with a program, we will share your Talent Profile, résumé, portfolio, and relevant application data with the specific partner organization, business, government agency, nonprofit, or educational institution hosting that opportunity. We do not share your Talent Profile with organizations unless you apply or explicitly request the connection.

Organization Information

We may share your organization’s name and partnership opportunities with our Talent Network to facilitate recruitment and application processes.

Service Providers & CRM Integration

We share your information with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate our platform. This includes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, website hosting, and automation infrastructure providers. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

Legal Compliance
